Stargazer / Fumed Opal

An exploration of shape and form, this neo-cobb is built around an unusual hollow donut section incorporated directly into the handle. The open center changes the silhouette of the piece and makes the handle part of the composition rather than simply a functional element. The body combines Northstar Stargazer with fumed and opal sections, creating shifts in color, transparency and depth. An oversized dichroic side-handle marble with a subtle spiral adds another layer of light and color, while the front is finished with a Karmaline ghost-swirl marble.
